Europe 2009: Day 1, Rome

At the train station at the FCO airport

We have safely arrive in the city and Rome is amazing. The people, the sites, the food. The city definitely has a spirit of its own. From the cobblestone streets, to this city ruins, to the beautiful people, there is so much to see and take in the city. We took a bus tour around the city and we were able to see so much in such half a days time.

We are staying at the Enjoy Rome Bed and Breakfast and we love it. It is literally 2 minutes from Termini and Dante, the gentlemen who works here,  is EXTREMELY helpful. We are going to have a hard time following the house rules (of not staying up all night talking in the common areas).  It feels more like we have an apartment to ourselves rather than a bed a breakfast.

When I arrived at the hotel, I had the misfortune of spilling water on my camera. So until I get a new one, the photos will be every limited. Luckily everyone has a camera, so Ive been using those to take pictures.

I will check will check in again soon.
